Membership Process Streamlined - Oct. 2004
We've changed the process used to sign up new members.  It is our hope that this will significantly reduce the time it takes for new members to be approved and begin participating.

It's official!  COREIO.net went "live" over Memorial Day Weekend, after much planning, preparation and anticipation!

Coming Soon: COREIO.NET members will be able to post their properties available for sale/rent here for FREE!
We are currently configuring a back-end database to store your property information.  We plan to automate it so that members can upload and delete their listings at will.  Membership will be required, as the upload area will be password protected.  Of course, your listings will be public!!
Coming Soon: We are creating a directory listing for COREIO.NET members who would like to be able to network off-line, outside of our group
This directory will contain as much or as little information as members want - up to a certain limit of course!  You will also be able to provide a brief bio describing the types of properties you're interested in or the type of real estate investing-related services you provide.  Another great free service from COREIO.net!!
